Lifting gas botles or potatoe bags may help a little but the daily works of taking care of everything can build muscles everywhere but not only the arms. So for every of your "fans" they must know your body is all strong as your arms am I right? I can imagine! By the way! I do like a lot your hair! Golden long hair, beautiful!
